- Is it fair to show buyers a render?
- Yes, as long as it's presented as a visualization next to the real photos. That's how Altara is meant to be used: before and after, together. The render shows potential; the photo shows the facts.
- Do I need special photos?
- No. Any reasonably sharp photo works, including one from your phone. Shoot the room as it is, upload, done.
- What if a render looks wrong or fails?
- We operate on a simple principle: 1 credit = 1 verified render. Before any image is shown to you, our system performs an automatic structural check to ensure integrity and quality. If our structure check fails, the retry is on us—the system automatically runs again for free, and a credit is only ever deducted when a verified render is successfully delivered.
- Do credits expire?
- Pack credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over month to month. Trial credits are valid for 14 days. Top-up credits are spendable while your subscription is active. If you cancel, unspent top-ups freeze and return when you resubscribe.
- How does my team use one account?
